Slowly Emerging From My Deep Depression... It's a 12-Step Process..

Okay, I admit, while a resounding 'Yes, Benji and Donyelle are madly in love!' would have been a far more rewarding email to get from Lacey, the comments of our fellow obsessed over at Vixen and crew's blog have reassured me of a good possibility that there is really something going on between them. Simply because the comments make me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside, I'll post them here:

I LOVE Donyelle! i love benji too but i dont think i need to worry about him. OMG!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT....WOW!!!!!.....i hope that they would show that benji kissed donyelle on the lips..i m so ready to watch it...yepeeeeeeeee.....it just makes my more day happier...hehe....gahd i can't just believe it..i wish i was there when benji and donyelle kiss...if dmitry and donyelle gonna be partners i think it is not gonna be good it jus don't fit with a vibe even if for benji and natalie it just not gonna make them a better couple..it will just shatter their reputation on winning the competition...benji and donyelle they are really really a good couple even if benji is a mormon....we will just see what would happen on their performance next week....if benji and natalie would have a great chemistry or if dmitry and donyelle would have a great chemitry..well, who knows? let us just found out!?!?!?!?!....

About an hour ago, I emailed Lacey back again, asking if there was ANY chance that she was just trying to keep her brother's business private. She hasn't replied yet, but I'll post it here, if she does.

moose - after Lacey gave you that answer, I highly doubt that she will tell you whether she's just protecting her brother's privacy or not. Giving you an answer to that question will negate her first statement.

And seriously though... did anybody actually believe that Lacey will reply with, "Yes! They are together?!" At least Lacey didn't deny "the kiss." Plus, she did mention that Donyelle and Benji really do care about each other. Hey... that's good enough for me :)

Why would Lacey do anything other than what she did, regardless of the nature of the relationship. It's all very diplomatic and in the end it doesn't tell you anything either way, cause either it helps to maintain the illusion of something or else it helps protect the reality of something between them. Nothing learned or gained from her words.

If someone asked my sister if I was making out with someone, and I didn't know that person, and I didn't think it was that person's business, I would imagine my sister would answer similarly.
I mean, it's not our business unfortunately so we don't really deserve a straight answer. They probably had a "moment" though if you ask me, but that doesn't make them an item.
Honestly, they probably have had this comfortable, flirty but only BFF vibe going for weeks now, and now they don't get to continue it along with the great dance partnership.
I would be heartbroken too and feel so sad. I think that's what happened, and really, no one including his sister can interpret what's going on between them right now in that sense.
NO, they aren't a couple. But who the heck knows what they are experiencing for eachother?

Okay, so we've all clearly established that I'm a creep for asking his sister that (lol, I know it's true). She was being a good sister, and I certainly can't fault her for that. I'm just being pathetic and knowing that, personally, I would be a much happier camper if the response had been different.
