Okay guys, I've been working all day, and haven't read Taylor's posts yet, so I don't know if she's addressed this, but I feel I must mention Tahir one last time. Whatever your opinion of him may be, I vote we stop talking about him, since he's kinda forming a rift between we Benjellers as we get more passive agressive with our comments to each other from him. Some people have chosen to see him as a good guy. While I have tried to, I can't help but recall this rapidly growing list of all the assholey remarks he has made, and I can't help but see him as a schmuck. I've always known that that 5 girlfriends thing was a joke (a very small part of my antagonism toward him), but I don't find it funny. I find everything else he's done even less so. I've never truly bashed him (except after he stole Ray's fanfic), and I don't think any of us should. Let's just not communicate with him at all. We can continue trying to convince each other of our own takes on the issues, but it's just making our little family less close than it was, and I don't want to see that happen. Yes, he's in my fanfic, and he will remain a part of that, but I, for one, intend to ignore him, otherwise. Anyone agree?

ok i may be hated after commenting on this but please just try to understand my reasoning...
I don’t get y there have been threats to sue or complaints about T using ray's story in his blog...last time i checked it was a public story n e way...otherwise ray would have had it formally copyrighted...Plus if you look at it from another p.o.v. isn’t T taking the story the same as u guys taking people's myspace blogs and comments and postin them here???...lets try to be understanding and adult about this whole thing cuz as I'm becoming a more objective benjeller, I've realized wat a hypocrite I've been and have seen the same behavior in my fellow benjellers...
Hey look...i luv benjelle and it would be awesome if they were a thing but they're not...lets open our eyes, ears and hearts...and just support them as the amazing dancers, people, friends they are...

guiltybenjeller: I completely respect that, and agree with a lot of it, but he's done a great deal of other distasteful things, aswell.
This is why I made this post. While you are all encouraged to share your opinions, this subject has become a bit sore for us, and I'd like to avoid as much controversy as possible on here. I will admit that I, too, have written some slightly passive agressive comments, myself.
Maybe it just has to do with my history boyfriend-wise (They treat me like shit over and over again, and I forgive them every time), but, once someone has done enough crap (whether directed at me, or not), I find it near impossible to forgive him. It's not any one incedent that has turned me against Tahir, but the long list, in whole...

Sorry I don't see it as the same way. Posts and pics taken from other forums were ways of sharing our love of both Donyelle and Benji with other people. T posting Ray's story on his blog? I see no love there. Just pure spite and malice. And I base my opinion on his past actions.

I agree. Good idea about making the T subject taboo. CynCamden from the Benjelle live journal banned his name being a topic many weeks ago....

i hate to be nitty gritty with the details, but her story does not need formal copyrighting for the copyright laws to still apply to it. it has full protection under the law even without a copyright symbol.

(Haha, in case you hadn't noticed, my replies to posts on this subject are basically just going to be generic messages of love, whether I agree with you, or not : D. I can't pretend to be neutral, since you all know by now what my opinion on the subject is, but I can still avoid confrontation. To tell you the truth, I often LOVE confrontation, and debates : D. I get in HUGE political debates ALL THE TIME!!! However, I try to only do that with those who have time and time again treated any friends of mine or myself in a crappy manner (Insert Taboo word here). I avoid confrontation with friends, because I want to stay friends. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!)
