Well, I hope this isn't what she's reduced to doing after the tour. I know she and benji are going to dance for his charity in November, but if she hangs around with 't', this may be it, dancing back-up for a second rate nightclub act. Donny deserves better than this and we know who can help her open the dooor to greater opportunity, don't we???
She does deserve better than this. I really hope the SYTYCD exposure opens doors for her.
lol ... I totally agree with you all, especially you, bluelmolover. I feel exactly the same way. It kind of seems like she's heading down the same path where she began her journey (eight months ago)! That worries me a bit.
Girl, don't worry about your long post. I know EXACTLY how you feel. I left comments on her blog, and that's about it. I haven't friended her myspace, and I rarely visit her myspace because I KNOW it's not controlled by her. And in my opinion, it takes the fun out of visiting her page.
not to sound biased or anything (even though I most definitely am), but donnyelle was about a 100x better than the other dancer. i'm so proud of her in this vid and i hope and pray that other choreographers sees how amazing she is!! o & i guess donyelle might've met tahir through shanice...girl, you can sang but your matchmaking skills? needz some work ;)

I remember when Shanice had her one big hit song "I Love Your Smile" way back in the day. I suppose it's nice to see she's still working (no insult to her). But she'd probably get more exposure on the Surreal Life.
And was that T doing the opening cause I did fast forward through that part;-)? Who was this to promote more S, T, or D?
If I didn't know better I'd swear he only posted this because B said in his video message to the Benjellers/Live Journal community that he and D would still be working together and to check B's My Space for updates on her. It's like he's saying "Look at me! Look at me! I can get jobs for D too!"
Who's going to his DEMAND show? I DEMAND video of it! I love that B totally gives D and Flex credit for the show right up front.
I firmly believe that success for B is success for his friends/family. I bet whatever opportunity he gets he will try his best to hook up Heidi, Lacey, Donyelle, Travis and any of the rest of the top 10 (if possible).
And here's a little more perspective dancers dance. A lot of the time they spend back-up dancing for someone else (like Celine Dion) and never getting the chance that the SYTYCD tour has given them to be in the forefront and be the stars. Of course we all think they're wonderful but in the grand scheme of entertainment dancers are below actors, singers, models, comedians and reality stars. Sad but true. But if you're going to back up dance be the best you can be and hopefully the top 20 will get to work with A list stars.
