Chapter3 "And I put my heart on my sleeve..."
"I left everything I knew for you!" I said on the verge of tears.
"And you think I haven't made sacrifices for you?" He said already in tears.
"You don't know sacrifice. I sacrificed another man's heart to make mine happy.
I sacrificed my heart for the hope you gave me. To see her... to see you... did
you see my heart that day?"
As we walked to the car I felt a sort of uneasiness, like a stranger that I felt
completely comfortable with. He put his hand on the curvature in my back when I
stepped into his SUV, it lasted for a moment, but in that moment it was the only
thing I felt. The car ride was luckily short and relatively silent, with the
exceptions of a few sighs and throat clearings. We passed a couple sitting
outside a café that had their hands clasped on top of the table, I hated them.
His place was something I expected from him: lots of pictures of his family,
very colorful, trophies intermingled with the décor.
"Would you like something to drink, to eat?" He asked with a slight trepidation.
"Actually, do you have some Green Tea?"
"Sure, I'll go warm up some water."
"Thanks, I like your place. It's very... you."
He laughed as he said, "thanks, I think." Once the Green Tea was ready, we sat
down on his couch. It had a blue and white pattern on it with coordinating
pillows. We sat there for a few minutes. Looking at the tea, smelling the tea,
testing the tea's hotness, analyzing the tea, basically anything you can think
of to do with tea and avoidance.
"So you wanted to discuss something with me?"
"Uh, yeah! Ummm, so that day that you saw Jackie at my house with my clothes on,
I can explain..."
"You don't have to explain, it's all in the past, and we're in the past."
"Seriously? You're just going to give up that easily." He said with a slightly
raised voice.
"Even if there is a good reason, I don't want to hear it, you have no idea how
hard it was to get to that place with you, and for that to happen... whatever
happened... I just don't want to hear it." I rebottled matching his voice, yet
still looking down at the tea.
"My goodness, you can't even look at me, look at me and say this." He screeched.
"I left everything I knew for you!" I said on the verge of tears.

his head in his hands.

elimination episode, especially when we got separated and you were partnered
with Dima, every time I watch the finale and I see searching for a hug, every
time Tye would visit you while we were on tour, and the last day of tour when I
got into my SUV and stayed in there for three whole hours crying and talking to
Lacey on the phone. That whole time, I've seen your heart as the missing piece
to mine." After he said this he was barely able to breathe. He put the tea mug
down on his coffee table and started to the pace the room. I was speechless at
that point. Yet, then the words came out of me like a waterfall, I had to
respond...

Hehe, ooh, wanna know something totally and completely random? Okay, so my french teacher's stupid, and she was having uswrite singles adds in the subjunctie tense, and it was crap, right? Lol, so in the part about me, I was talking about how I'm a moose, and then I said that the guy I'm looking for must have well-groomed fur, nice big antlers, a tail, and be really fuzzy, etc. Hehe, so she just kinda walked by me, read over my shoulder, laughed hysterically, and walked away : ).
Hehe, ew, PSATs... At least they don't count for anything until next year.

i read this on the fox boards and i give full credit to jazzyjaz who posted this..i hope she does not mind me posting it on here for i think her words are magical.
i'm not surprised or upset either. i can't explain it, but i have an overwhelming feeling of peace and belief that this is just the beginning. one chapter may have closed, but there are many chapters still to be read.
i now see this whole thing as a journey rather than a destination. it always has been. our collective friendship was brought together by magic, and despite the turn of events, it's not over for us by any means. my friendship with many of you is a gift that i never expected, but can no longer live without. and in many of you, i found kindred spirits. i can now clearly see that the ss benjelle and benjelle themselves have that parallel. the ship will sail on.
i too believe that destiny, fate and God brought Benji and Donny together for a reason, far bigger than what the last few months have brought. They have a connection that will last a lifetime. And with that, tides will change many times.

Oh gosh! I have to catch up on sooo much benjelle info. Okay so ACK lets start off with the fact that umm... Benji's status says "IN A RELATIONSHIP" :( Im sure we are all thinking about the same person... :( But who knows, maybe Benji was teasing again, I highly doubt that buuut Ill always stay shippin!!! Just not as crazily because I dont want to be mean to her. :( :(

Somewhere Down The Road Chapter 2
I walked inside the brightly lit room, hoping that he wouldnt notice me, that he wouldnt remember me, remember us. He was talking with some friends looking bright and bubbly as he ususally did. I waited over by the wall, waiting for the dark haired woman with a clipboard and a Commerce Bank pen to call my name. "Donyelle Jones!" She screamed out, looking around for someone to walk up to her. I saw his face turn around in shock, ignoring his friend, Benji began to search the room with his green eyes. I walked up, my hair lightly resting on my shoulders as I nervously played with the soft fabric of my shirt.
I walked over to her, as a I felt a warm hand lightly grasp my arm. "Donyelle?" He said smiling. I recognized this smile, its the smile he has when he always sees me. He couldnt be happier to be spending time with me, yet he tried to keep his distance because he knew that if he allowed himself to become lost in my eyes, he would only be rejected, he never thought he was good enough. When really, I didnt know someone could be that close to perfect. But then my thoughts drifted back to the incident that day...My thoughts were interupted
by the woman calling my name again. "Donyelle Jones!!" Her call sounded impatient. Benji held on to my hand. "Donny we need to talk." He said desperatley, I could see in his eyes that he felt like he was losing me again. "I have to go." I said quickly, his hand falling away from mine in defeat. I rushed over to door B breathing deeply and entering the room to audition.
I walked out smiling. "I got the lead role!" I said happily to a girl standing over on the wall. We had become friends very quickly, I met her in an audition for another show I tried out for, I didnt make it though. "Really?" She said smiling and hugging me. As our celebration died down, and the jealous eyes of the dancers around me finally stopped peircing into my back, the girl next to me began to speak.
"So he really likes you doesnt he?" She said grinning and looking at Benji and then back at me. As I studied her face I was taken back. I recognized her. Her blonde hair had now changed from straight to curly, but I could never forget her eyes. They reminded me of Benji's, green and blueish. But her eyes werent caring at all. They were sharp and painful, seeking revenge and hoping for love. "Dont I know you." I muttered out. "Yeah, you do. Im-" She stuck her hand out to shake mine. But there was no introduction needed, I felt like I had known her too well already. Her voice was cut off by a scream. "I MADE IT! I MADE IT!" I saw Benji come out smiling and rushing over to his friends. As he hugged his friends, I saw the blonde girl make her way over to him, seductively swaying her hips. "Hey Benji." She said with a sexy smile. "Hey Jackie" He said, giving her an uneasy glare and rushing over in my direction. "Donny, can we talk now?" I saw Jackie give out and angry sigh when Benji passed her to get to me. "Umm, excuse me!" She said.
"Jackie not now! You already ruined things once."
'I knew I recognized her!!' I whispered quietly to myself.
"I wont let you ruin them again"
'Damn skippy!' I thought.
"Donyelle can we go back to my place or somewhere private? I need to explain what happened."
'Well yeah! Its about time, I come to your house to find some blonde all cozy in your shirt?? Youd better explain!'
"Sure" I said, walking out, Benji walking behind me as Jackie crossed her arms in disbelief.

*Chapter One*
My mind is tired as I walk the familiar streets, the lights that had so often illuminated us in the pleasure of our company mocking me as they force me to shield my eyes. Two years. Seven months. Three days. I look down to my watch - Four hours and eighteen minutes. Time spent in solitude, in pain, in the sea of images that seeks to suffocate me with the choking sensation it brings to my throat. Who knew one person could be capable of such love? It was a broken feeling. When it all came down to the bare and inconsolable truth, I knew my life was destined to end in pain, a destiny of unfulfilled desire as I stare at the film rolls of possibilities. My life is filled with the 'what ifs' and the 'if onlys'. With the shattered promises, the abandoned dreams. He has never truly left me, not within the sorrowful chasms of my soul. No, he his the culprit of my every despair, there to overlook my pain as it seeks to claim me, body, spirit, and waking life. I am slowly devoured as I fall into the spiral, downward, downward, downward. Where it leads, I do not expect to be told. My soul is a wanderer, calling out to its love. Out there I wait for him, yet he is dead to me in here. It is he who has sought to kill me in this time. Yet each time I turn from that railing, I put down that bottle of pills, it is that sweet and tender image of his face, that smile and loving adoration that reaches to me, to sooth the fever that has taken me.

The words of Bryan Adams faded into the void, to what was to them an empty space as their souls stood there alone, unwavering as the crowd around them erupted in their sea of cheers. Their gaze was fixed, neither willing to break the spell that had gently set its hand upon them. Slowly his lips approached hers. She froze to the spot, only capable of a simple stare into the deepening pools of green as they bore a hole through her very being, striking a note at the core of all emotion she was capable of experiencing. Alas their mouths met in a fiery dance of passion, reaching through all barriers to touch each other with their love.
The audience clapped furiously, rejoicing in a romance realized, celebrating the conclusion of all speculation with the fulfillment of their fantasy. But one in the audience sat in fury, his fist clenched in anger at the sight so shamelessly portrayed before him.
The two lovers left the stage with adoring smiles playing upon their faces to display the elation bubbling from deep within, their fingers intertwined in an urgent grasp to assure them that the events of the night were real. They rounded the corner back stage, a lift in their usually plodding steps. In that moment the fist came flying, the hand of the boyfriend colliding with the dumbstruck face of the man she had given her heart to.

The tears flooded her eyes as she choked out the words he couldn't bring himself to believe, "Benji, I love you!"

She had finally left him. Alas, she had thrown off the very chains that bound her to him in the guilt that had restrained her from her will to fly free with the man she truly loved. She parked her car before his house, jumping out and running to his door in anticipation. She rang the bell.
Inside two stood, indisposed to company. Slowly, one rose from her position. "I'll get it," she offered. He smiled in appreciation.
"Benji?" Donny called from outside, a hopeful tone coating her voice. She tried the bell, once more. Still, there came nothing, no sign of any stirring behind the heavily frosted windows to his entry way. His SUV was in the driveway. Where was he? Finally, she knocked in desperation, silently hoping that the doorbell was merely broken. Yet she continued to stand there in silence, facing the sympathetic gaze of an elderly man as he passed her by on the sidewalk. Just as she turned to leave, her shoulders sagging from the disappointment of this visit.
Inside, he bolted to a standing position, a sudden fear and anticipation coming over him as he heard her voice. He rushed after her as she approached the door, managing to force a simple "Don't!" from his lips as she swung it open to reveal the visitor on the other side.
Donny stood shocked at the site before her. Leaning upon the door frame was a woman, tall, blonde, and young, clad only in the long, button-up shirt of a man. Behind her was her Benji, looking devastated in his simple boxers.
The tears fell from her eyes as she ran back to the safety of her car.

The world is a web of memories we have carelessly trapped ourselves within, and messes to be untangled. Some things are simply too old to be fixed. But what if a destiny could be rewritten?
I continue to contemplate this insanity I reside within as I feel my hand slide tenatively across the cold metal of the door handle and I take it in my sweating palm. I turn it, agonizingly slowly as though I know what I am to face. But it is just another day, another audition, another let down in the making. What is there to fear that lies within that room? My steps are tedious in their pace, my heart steady in its [i]bum bum, bum bum[/i] as it seeks to tear its way from the prison of my chest. What is it that installs in me this sense of dread? And then I see my destiny from afar. I see him.
Okay, so, before you kill me, the incident in the skimpy clothing in not necessarily all it appears to be. It is for the writers continuing this to decide whether or not they wish to expand on that incident.

a) Here's a comment on Camila/Tamilam's MySpace (I know you can easily just check her page to see who sent it, but I thought I'd try to keep these innocent peoples' privacy a little by not saying who wrote it:
Great to hear... I read Benji's "Rumor" blog, well it gets sent to all of us....and one of the rumors was, something about seeing him with someone on Monday....I wrote him and said "I know the answer to #7"....Did you have fun? He wrote back and said the same thing...that he did have a good time with you....become good friends, he probably needs someone like that...
Okay, so, at first, I was all : ( at the confirmation that she was the girl from DC, even though we already knew that. That last statement really got me though... Is she saying that they're just good friends, or warning her that what he needs right now is a friend, or what...?? *shrug*
b) He's #1 on her friend's list now. It doesn't neccessarily mean anything, except that the younger "Myspacians" (As Donny puts it : D) tend to have their significant others as #1. Except for me, but my most recent relationship was a secret, so I didn't. Wait, why am I telling you this : D??? Haha, moving on...
c) There are several little passive agressive, and sometimes just plain agressive, tifs going on in the comments sections on these last few posts. Please be nice : (. We're all Benjellies on here (And, if you're not: Um, why are you spending your time on a Benjelle blog...??), and, though we may disagree on some little stuff, we're all here because we see the love between those two. A lot of Benjellies right now are jumping ship, and this just makes me sad :' (. We need to stick together, folks! You don't have to agree wih every person on every detail, but please represent your opinions in a respectful manner.
This is our 550th post. I don't think Taylor or I EVER thought we would make it this far, but Benji and Donyelle have inspired us, and brought us together. They made us a family (Awwwwww : D).

funniest dance moment on tour!!!!
Current mood: silly
hahahaha...okay so we danced in Georgia tonight and it was bar none the best show we've done in terms of dancing. It was our biggest crowd, it was loud, it made us feel like michael jackson(late 80's style)...anywhoo...you guys are coolioso!!!!
okay the funny diddy happened when the top 4 were dancing in the middle of sexy back and theres a part where we do the chorus dance with the cell phone hand then travis falls in front and i arch back and heidi and dony pose...youve all seen it b4...well when I had spun to point at donny with my gun hand i breathed out a grunt like we all do when were pushing hard to move percisely. So I guess i was conjested...a huge wad of flem flew out and landed on dony's shoulder...i almost watched it happen slow motion! then consequencially she moved her shoulder on a fast break of the music (WITHOUT EVER SEEING THE LITTLE BOOGER LAND ON HER) and the thing went flying again toward travis, while he was shimmying on the ground almost in front of me. I freaked as the flying object was speedily approaching my bud trav and it loked as if it was going towards his forehead...as i thought it was gonna land there...he threw his head down then up rapidly and his heavily harisprayed feux-hawk flipped the mucus in the air above and past him unto a poor victim of the audience who didnt even realize that it had happened!!!!! I am not making this up!!!! it was too funny. I lost it and blasted out laughing nearly tearing up it was too hilarious!!!! I am sorry whoever was in front row and notices a big crusted booger on their lap. Atleast you know you are THE ONLY person on earth with Benji's crusted performance booger that happened to have touched both Donyelle and Travis.
So yeah...pretty funny!!!

4. Does Benji have a crush on a girl? answer...yes. -duh - why didn't he say a NEW girl - never once said that she is someone new in his life.
5. Do Benji and Donyelle love each other? answer... yes, very much so. - why in the heck would he put that one right AFTER the do i have a crush on a girl. and a crush? come on!!! you're 22 years old - crushes are usually reserved for people who are young or ARE UNAVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT.
6. In what way? answer... that's for us to know. He He - if he was straight about everything and it was just BFF he would have said she is my sister and wouldn't play coy because “____”'s people read the blog too and no man is that secure.

AND A BAD ONE. He said at the beginning "visited the fox.com/dance boards and laughed my head off at the ideas people were coming up with." Now I never thought of myself as slow or retarded but if I am looking at this correctly, he just contradicted himself.
In conclusion - leave this new girl Tamilan whose real name is Camela ALONE. She's innocent and I hope that she doesn't get harrassed by over-zealous Fanjis. She ain't worth the speculation anyway...........

Well, after reading Moosey's post I nearly died from the ship swaying so much! Buut luckily Pheonix was equipped with motion sickness pills and Ora had squeelicious news so I wouldnt just die from Benji teasing us fangirls so often!! :(
